and we have a 48 hour cancellation policy on all charters!
What do we do with the catch?
While most of the catch is destined for the local restaurants
such as Café Pesto, the crew will be happy to fillet
your table fish, package it and even give you some great
recipes! If you want more massive quantities of fish, you
can purchase it at wholesale market prices from us.
Mounting your trophy fish
We would be happy to arrange a mounted fiberglass replica
of your prize catch, a great memory of a once in a lifetime
catch!! We work with Greys and Atlantic Taxidermy and can
arrange everything for you!!
